These are textured in an interesting way. I've used Nottingham Lace card. It's the card used to make the lace itself. The larger circles are where the holes in the card are. The lovely overall surface texture is from the card itself.

They are approximately 12x12mm.

This texture is also available as pendants, brooches and cufflinks.
