Reticulation is one of my favourite techniques. It's very time consuming but definately worth it.

Once the shape is made, I then heat, pickle and clean them a minimum of 15 times. This removes the copper content from the 925 sterling silver, leaving a layer of fine silver 999. I then play about with the torch and flame until I get the ripples and texture that I am happy with.

No two will ever be alike.

They are approximately 12mm in diameter.

This technique is also available as pendants and cufflinks.
