Spinner rings are wonderful to wear. They look great but are also great if you need a bit of stress relief. The outer band rotates around the main ring.

This one is decorated with swirls, that I have oxidised to enhance the patterns. These are available in many other textures, so please contact me if you would like to discuss ideas. Please note that the price will vary depending on the size required.
